The Lynn Canyon Ecology Centre is located in Lynn Canyon Park at the end of Peters Road in North Vancouver.

Ecology Centre Hours

Open: 10 am to 5 pm from June to September.

Open: 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays and noon to 4 pm on weekends from October to May.

Closed: October 10 and November 11.

Lynn Canyon Park Hours

Open Summer: 7 am to 9 pm

Open Spring and Fall: 7 am to 7 pm

Open Winter: 7 am to 6 pm

Join Madrone Environmental Consulting for a look at owls at risk in BC, and discover how you can sign up to help monitor screech owl populations in nearby Lynn Headwaters Regional Park. The Lynn Canyon Ecology Centre is the premiere place to begin your exploration of Lynn Valley's temperate rainforest. Learn about local natural history and environmental concerns through interactive nature exhibits and workshops and get park information and maps before heading out to enjoy Lynn Creek and our beautiful hiking trails.

Enjoy a relaxing walk in the rainforest, feel the thrill as you cross the suspension bridge 60 metres over Lynn Creek, and finish up with a look around the Ecology Centre and our gift shop. You'll be able to find unique gifts for everyone and avoid the crowds downtown or at the malls.
